How to Start a Return

    We reply with return instructions and the return address in Berlin.

    Ship with tracking

    Return the item in original condition and keep your tracking number until received.

    After inspection, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns.

For items confirmed as damaged or incorrect on arrival, we review each case and provide appropriate support.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
